Unprofessional services
<p>The level of unprofessional service by your salesman Roman Ndlovu is appalling . I was at your store in rosebank on Friday 09 September 2016 just around 7:40 in the evening to purchase a nomusha jumpsuit with the headwrap. Apon my arrival I was assisted by Roman who advised that they don't have the headwrap in sore but he will order the following day from head office and it would be delivered on the same day which was on the Saturday around 12:30. He then willingly offered to courier the jumpsuit along with the headwrap on my behalf as soon as the headwrap arrives as it would have been an inconvenience for me to drive back all the way to Rosebank just to collect the headwrap. He then suggested that I leave the jumpsuit , the R150 for the headwrap and my contact details which I did. The next day I called in to check if the headwrap has arrived from head office and to give his the address to courier the items to because, I had specifically told him I'm buying the items for my sister who stays in Lydenburg and is going to a wedding on the 17/09/2016 and would really appreciate it for everything to be attended with a sense of urgency. On monday morning he called me to confirm the correctness of the courier address which I sent him via sms furthermore I contacted his later during the day and he confirmed that the parcel is already sent. To my suprise today 14/09/2016 I get a call from Tumi sent by Roman to give me the jumpsuit without the headwrap after he has confirmed that the headwrap has been delivered by head office and has indeed couried the parcel to Lydenburg. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED for a first time buyer having to experience such horrible service from urban zulu and themanner in which Roman has acted as a representative of the brand to have the audacity to be dishonest.</p> <p>What a huge inconvenience now I will have to courier only the jumpsuit tomorrow which will take 2days for it to arrive at Lydenburg postnet.</p> <p>The behaviour of your salesman is very disgusting! !! I certainly won't be shopping at urban zulu my first impression of your services is just pathetic! !!</p>
