Unprofessional and *****

<p>I bought a dress online on the 31st of January from Urban Zulu. I never received the dress nor have i received my money back. It has been a month of trying get my money back but nothing. I have sent messages on Facebook and all they do is promise to process my payment. I got a call from the director on Friday 23rd February who promised to refund the money on 27th but she never did. I sent a message again on tuesday and they promised me the director will call me shortly. I never heard from her again. It has been a month of empty promises. No one seems to care. I am disgusted frustrated and angry. Where can i go to report urban Zulu for ***** and get my money back. They dont even deserve the one star</p>
