Delayed order, poor custoemr service-little or no contact regarding query

<p>I ordered a dress from Urban Zulu online store on March 19th and expcted delivery within 5-7 working days as promised on their site. I received an email sating that there had been a delay and that my order would be dispatched on March 27th., but I still do not have the goods. I emailed them, following wihich they said they would send me tracking details, still nothing came. I eventually called on April 4th and was told that the dispatch manager would call me as he was not in yet, he never called.</p> <p>I am still without a dress, but my money is gone-</p>
