I bought a dress from Urban Zulu online, the dress didn't look the same and full of cotton strings. However I called them and asked for a refund they sent a courier they sent me the refund form. Later they told me that they do not do refund they said they will give me a credit note with the of the same price. However I told them that I no longer need the dress or to do business with them. I kept on calling them they always say they will call me till to date with no response its been a month now. Now they have the dress and my money with them.
