Restoration of Recliner

<p>Urban Upholstery gave me a quote For R2850 to recover my Recliner. A deposit of R2000 was paid and Dries van den Heever came around to our then residence 219 Smit Street to collect the Recliner on 13 October. Since then we have never seen our recliner again. My husband and I went around to his premises 189 Azalea Avenue Wilro Park Roodepoor to enquire about our Recliner and firstly he could not show us our recliner and secondly he told us to our faces he would deliver in a couple of days and apologized for the empty promises but this has never happened. He very rarely answered any of my calls or messages and if he did he rep**** \we are still busy". Once he rep**** \""we are progressing\"". We have now moved Edenvale and I told him well in advance of the move and Dries van den Heever chose to ignore it. I feel he has been dishonest from day one ad I feel he took on a job he couldn't handle but didn't have the decency to own up. I feel he should return our recliner and deposit and people should be warned not to deal with this Company.&nbsp;</p>
