TO HELL WITH THE LAW?

Earlier this year I reported negligent/Irresponsible/******* Parking of Messrs URBAN TONIC's hired heavy vehicle trucks on the wrong side of Estmil Road, Diep River, Western Cape Province of South Africa. The said trucks, being parked *******ly on a bend in the road, places vehicles travelling East (into the rising sun) in danger of colliding head-on with vehicles, travelling West, who are forced to drive on the wrong side of the road.

Despite the fact the they had been 'warned' (alledgedly), to cease this deliberate endangering of human life, they are continuing with irresponsible traffic violations.

The Cape Town Traffic Department promised to 'monitor' their ******* activities but throughout this week at least 3 heavy duty trucks have been parked on the wrong side of the road WITHOUT ANY action by the City.

I would certainly NEVER do business with Messrs URBAN TONIC because of their 'kaing the law into their own hands' and causing such GREAT RISK to both vehicles and pedestrians alike.

I have taken several pictures which I now intend to expose via Social Media with the sole intention to remind them (both the City and Urban Tonic) that Traffic Laws are there to be adhered to .......particularly in an area in which I served as Executive City Councillor and fought so religiously for Road Safety.
