Very frustrated Black Female Entreprenuer.

I placed an order for 60 boxes of Army boots and paid for the order and forwarded the proof of payment 0n 27 August 2021 and from that day the sales Director Ashley Smith never answered my emails or telephone calls. I called many times and the phone just ranged. I then tried calling using a different number and Ashey was called to the phone, immediately I mentioned my company name he hanged up the phone on me.

I now fell so frustrated and disappointment that I will not be able to achieve the deadline that I agreed to with my clients which is the 2 September 2021.

I paid R60 000.00 and I have no goods nor confirmation on when my order will be delivered. This is what we experience a Small Business Entrepreneurs.
