Urban Solar - Shawn Scannell

Do not use the services of Urban Solar! Their director Shawn Scannell is a fly by night operator who employs/consults with amateur electricians to do the 'installations'. He lies about his working relationship with them and what they are capable of. I had to chase his useless team off site as they didn't have a clue what they were doing. Also what is quoted by Urban-Solar isn't what the 'installers' are prepared to do once installation begins! Then don't bother trying to get hold of Shawn while the guys are installing...he seems too busy to answer the phone. Now I can't get back the installation deposit from him.
