**** website on Facebook using shopify platform

I ordered pair of sneakers through their face book page. on 31st Aug. got confirmation from their email. it's 17th Sept and am still waiting with the order status sitting at pending delivery. cannot reach them on their customer support line. my mails get bounced back. no telephone line. delivery supposed 3 to 7 days although on face book nationwide delivery was give as 1 to 3 days. seems like a **** store. their website is now no longer available!
