Do not buy from urban society!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this website on the 2nd of September 2024. They said it would take 3 to 7 business days. It's been 2 weeks now! With no follow update regarding the delivery as well. Their customer care line is open from Monday to Sunday, 24 hours. I've emailed them but i have not received a reply. Really unacceptable!
