DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Adam Bowes came to quote on a solar/battery system for my home and I referred him to my neighbour, who I'm very close to, and he was asked to install a heat pump for their hot water system. The system wasn't even properly installed by his supplier/plumber when he took off, not bothering to check whether it worked or not. It did indeed not work properly and when asked to come back gave my neighbours lip. A few weeks later and the system is still not working and they have been without hot water for 2 days. He is now nowhere to be found and they had to call in a plumber to fix the system. I also use this highly reputable plumber who told us that the system was badly installed and faulty. <br> <br> I will definitely not be working with this company and Adam Bowes and I would caution you to be very careful before being involved in any of his work.
