Urban Roast No Stars...

Urban Roast in Saxby Center in Eldoraigne, quite possibly the worst meal I have had in a long time. I ordered Philly Steak Pita. When the food eventually arrived mine looked a mess on a plate. Two pieces of pita, hard as cardboard, a very small "steak" that must have been stewed, not long enough as it was tough as old boots and full of sinews. Smothered in a strange red sauce. Absolutely inedible. I told the waiter and he did nothing, someone who I presumed to be the owner had his head buried in his computer and completely ignored the customers. My husband had chicken schnitzel which was dry and the sauce was tasteless. A total waste of money and time. I wonder if the owners ever check on the quality of food at all. Never again. Don't deserve one star.
