Not wanting to understand

Good Day <br> <br> I am writing this complaint as I want future customers to be aware. If you buy items by Urban Republic based in Ottery. They are not going to exchange your item when it is damage. You as the customer have to prove to them that it was a manufacture problem. It was my first time buying from them but it will be the last. So please be aware.
