Poor Hotel Management

I booked the Urban Park Hotel in Umhlanga via Agoda.Com on the 13/03/21 - 15/03/21. When I arrived with my Mrs at the hotel the reception area smelt like **** literally i mean ****. Then the heat was so unbearable as their aircons don't work. The poor front desk man named Kea had sweat rolling all over his face and neck. I even told him how sorry I was that his got to wprk for idiots who don't even check on their hotels.

The room beds were matress naked with no dressing at all.

The lifts are not functional although if they take you in one to go up to your room you will hear the lift s****ing its walls onto the side walls with the noise as scary as the lifts arw going to fall. The shudder on the floor was extremely scary.
