Horrible place and poorly maintained.

Horrible place and poorly maintained. Firstly the room key card did not work which required them to open the room via a key by the person on duty. When getting into the room the TV was removed from the room and the manager was not sure where it was?? There were no towels in the room, meaning that the room was never prepared for us. Additionally, the condition of the room and furniture is appalling.
