316 YORK IS A ****PY COMPLEX TO STAY AT.

Never in my life have I been so dissatisfied with the service that I am paying for monthly. so this is with regards to their new developments in Ferndale namely 316 York situated in Randburg. upon moving into these apartments, there were parking issues where a 2bedroom apartment is allocated 1 parking bay and out of all the units they have( above 40, there is only 3 visitors parking). we were informed that parking is first come first serve but of a sudden there had to be parking allocated to each apartment. that was done and because we stay in a 2 bedroom flat and we both have cars, we used one that was allocated and one that we were told it is not parking but we can park there at our own risk. we have been using that parking since June till to date, the today all of a sudden, there is people moving into unit 35 and we need to remove our car from the parking that is not a parking bay. already there is a parking allocated for 35, why aren't they using the parking bay that the previous tenants were using I asked, I was not given a valid answer. we have been having complaints throughout the year regarding maintainace, rent, hot water and cold water that we are been charged and not shown readings. I just though this time around I would not let this slide, people are being given preferencial treatment whereas we were told first come first serve and funny thing is we were one of the first tenants to occupy the apartments. EVER SINCE MOVING IN TO 316 YORK IN MAY, MY STAY HASN'T BEEN PLEASANT.
