Absolutely horrible service

Firstly, I paid of my Big Boy RCT700 via lay-by which was paid off within 4months

Secondly, when it came to receiving my s****** I contacted Urban Motorcycles on MULTIPLE occasions and their business landline was out of order.

I received proof previously that Aidan from Urban Motorcycles was aware of my purchase and order, yet he never contacted me to receive my order.

Thirdly, I went to their office on a Saturday after multiple attempts to contact them(At this point I thought I had been ****med)

I got there at 11am and there was a sign on the door saying back in 5minutes, so I figured that they were perhaps on lunch. So I waited.. and waited.. and when 12:30 came by I realised that no one was coming back.

I then got Aidan's contact details from the lay-by personnel who I dealt with. I emailed Aidan advising him that I had not received any response and I had been trying to contact them urgently.

About a week later I received a call from Aidan stating that he never received and confirmation that I had paid off my s****** by lay-by, so it would take them some time to get my bike ready.

After about 2months, give or take, I received my bike. Road away with it and then realised after about a week that there were major issues with the bike(which had barely been ridden in that week, nor did it incur any accidents during that time)

I contacted Aidan to advise him of this and from then on it was an uphill battle just to make arrangements for them to see the bike.

After ages of contacting him and getting no response, I messaged him after I got home from work at just after 6pm, I got a response saying "Please contact me when I am at the office to get this sorted out"

As if, after all this time and ridiculous service, he couldn't have made a plan to, when he was back in the office, to contact me to arrange a meeting.

BUT NO, contacting him after hours was unacceptable after contacting him multiple times to request a meeting to get the bike sorted out.

I then contacted him 3 days later, in working hours, to try and arrange a meeting on the upcoming Saturday as this is the only time I had available outside of working hours when they weren't closed... And guess what..... He miraculously rep**** the following: "Hey there, unfortunately won't be open tomorrow. I may be there in the afternoon tomorrow if you need me to check something"

I then asked him to let me know when he will be there.. i also followed up with him on the Saturday morning as a reminder to see if he will be in and if so, what time.

And SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! I got no response from him..

After 2 weeks of no response I then messaged him the following: "Good morning Aidan.. I tried contacting you a few minutes ago and your cell was engaged on 3 attempts.. Could you please provide a date and time you will be available for us to meet regarding the s******..

I am available: Monday to Friday - After 6:15pm Saturday, Sunday - All day

I would appreciate if you could schedule a time during the above hours that would be convenient for you..

The sooner the better"

This was on the 14th of June and I have still to this day, the 19th of September, never received ANY response from him

I will never ever recommend this store to any of my friends or family. Oh and trust me, I have a massive biker family who have spread the word about this company who will never be recommended again :)
