UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS

I rent a place for a property with urban link Agent called Barry at (WJ Louw Building 9 Old Paarl Road Bellville). We signed a 5year contract.

After a year and Half, they sent a maintenance guy called Ricardo to change the locks of our doors on the 26 October , with our property inside, rent paid up to date, 2 months deposit paid upfront, no eviction notice and the agent does not want to take responsibility, his ignoring our calls, sending us a message to take it up with the owner that he never introduce to us, and refused to provide us with his contact number. This agency cannot be trusted. They will kick you out in the middle of the month without notice. WHAT A SHOCKING SERVICE.
