We moved into a property where the add stated spacious back yard that's pet friendly. After moving we noticed there is no lawn and the whole back yard is filled with thorns. After realizing this we had to get other alternative accomodation for our dog. When approaching the agent we received threatening lawyers letters. I have given notice and had to offset my deposit for the months rent. The property is advertised again with a spacious back yard. The agent also bad mouthed us to other agents that refuse to deal with us.
