Urban link Hillcrest-pathetic service which they refuse to take responsibility for

Urban link Hillcrest does not take responsibility for their neglect of building maintenance checks and makes the tenants feel like this is their fault and the tenants job to do so. Urban link does not communicate properly with tenants and performs building maintenance/repairs when the tenants have already moved in to the rented premises. Urban link is quick to notify you when your rent payment is late however takes forever when you have a query with your rental. They have no respect for clients and treats them unfairly. Urban link false advertises and is too quick to get tenants sign the lease before disclosing all the "real and necessary" information. Urban link is dishonest and is not helpful at all after the lease is signed.
