UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS

My partner and I recently moved into a house through Urban Link Agents, the service at first was good, but after I paid the deposit, rent and admin fees, their services became swak, the married couple has NO people skills, the wife gave me so much attitude for no reason after telling me we can move in earlier than originally planned and the husband does not care to have the maintenance properly sorted out, after asking us to report faults and now he decides what is worth fixing and what isn't, once we mentioned that if he doesn't get someone to fix what needs fixing, we will get our own people and he said ok but then we pay at our own costs, which is not right, they don't wanna have things properly sorted out and now we want to get it done and have to pay ourselves... Very unprofessional and I do not recommend them at all ...
