poor service from urban link brakpan (Amore-Agent)

I was convinced i will be assisted with a client from the day client rent at my place to the end.only to find out that Amore (agant) wanted to just get a client. now client defaulted for 3 months and the same agents that promised me heaven on earth they are nowhere to be found. they are not answering my phone, they dont answer emails, they told me their finance lady Suzzette shes is cape town and there is no one to check if the tenant is out or not.i am receiving one ofthe most terrible service of the whole world.please becareful of urban link.
