No integrity and no responsibility

Shocking experience. Stay away The estate agent misrepresented and did not conduct an ingoing inspection in lines with the lease and with the tenant. however produced a report . It did not have any of the faults listed. We have health hazards with the amount of mold in the home that was left from previous tenants. 3 months later we have had over 8 contractors in and out all confirming the severity of the conditions. Yet Urban link is still hiding behind the owner stating they are waiting for him to make a decision. Which is not his responsibility as the previous tenants had not maintained the home. Then advise urban link that it was stain from the wood coming through.
