Mark Morley

Mark Morley is an estate agent at Urban Link and when I was relocating I asked him to find me a tenant. Months went by without success, I then eventually found the tenant myself. During that time, he would ignore my calls, would not update me about progress, ignored my whatsapp messages and emails. When I found the tenant myself, I asked him to manage the property for me. During the month of December, I did not get my rental payment for January. I followed up by cellphone, email, whatsapp - he would just ignore my calls and messages. He did not bother to inform me of any anticipated delays in rental payment due to the December break and when I called recently he gave me a snooty: "the office only opened today" response. It is not the 9th of January and I still have not received my rental and he ignores my follow up emails and messages - I'm done for. I am not sure if this is the service he gives to all his clients - but it is really bad and unprofessional service. Do not use him if you are looking for a professional agent.
