Complaint against estate agent.

Good day

I have had endless issues with my estate agent from ubran link. Agent name Yakeen ***. / contact number +***. I have moved to my new place on the 1st of February. The agent attitude and service is terrible.

I am still waiting for him to sort the maintenance which is only going to be done on the 27th of February. They is a few issues that the electrician has brought to his attention but does not want to fix.

I have paid for intercom service which has not been connected. I have to walk to the main gate for my visitors to enter and exit. When I called the body cooperation they state that the code of conduct is outstanding that's why I have not been connected. It was the agent duties to bring these documents for us to sign.

When we moved in we had no lights for the first few days.

The agent doesn't respond to the email and does not return my calls.
