A shocking Service. I m ****med!! I rent a place for a property with Urban link Durbanville. with a agent Barry, at Wj Louw Building 09 Old paarl road Bellville. we signed a 5years contract. after a year and half, they sent a maintenance guy called Ricardo to change the lock of our door office 207 on the 26 of November, with our properties inside, a rent fully paid upto date. I have all the proof. with a 2 months deposit.and on the 27 of November I received an invoice of paying for December, by the name of Monica Lombard. No eviction notice, no email,.. and worse is that the Agent Barry does not pick up my calls.and respond to my msgs. this is a day light ****, No one take up responsibility to email me. and my lawyer called the maintenance guy, to ask why he did change the locks, He said he received the instructions from the owner. if I have a problem shld take up to the owner, who doesn't respond to my email. and was never been introduced me. urban link can not be trustedit is a ****. the service is shocking, and I m taking it up to endor*****t.
