This company is just a ****. The agent by the name of Ayanda did not even know what she was talking about. She wanted to cancel the first incorrect mandate and send the correct mandate of R699. I told her that I have to check that it has been cancelled first, she then dropped the line.

Her manager called and still could not explain the R699 is for what. This company needs to be taken to the Ombudsman together with MTN. They are *********** people with this thing.
