****MERS!!! *******!!! As all the other reviews here i have the same problem...promised a phone contract and received nothing...cancelled the contract within my CPA rights and got promised a refund. This was on 03 Aug 2023 already...we are now on 18 Sept 2023. I was also promised that i would get my refund on 15/09/2023...nothing....phoned again on the 18th and all that they say is they waiting for feedback and they have escalated it. I asked to talk to management, and apparently no one is available - same story every time. ... I encourage everyone with the same issues as this to take the matter to the Ombud and to open a ******** case against the company and their Director, Lennon Naidoo as found on their website.
