Unsatisfactory Customer Service, please stay away from this company

I would like to stress to people to please not deal with this company. Never in my entire life have I come across a company that is so difficult to get a hold of. I phoned the customer careline to request for cancellation of the contract that I took out this week. I have already accept the debit order mandate. I sent a message on Facebook, Emailed them and Whats App' them only to get referred to their Customer Careline which takes forever to get answered. Yesterday I phoned to be told that I needed to deal with the consultant that signed me up in order to cancel. What utter nonsense. This morning I phoned again only to be told by the same lady that she would process the cancellation. I am still waiting for the email to confirm this. To date I have not received my documentation for my contract either. Rather stay away from this company as their customer service is much to be desired.
