Suspension of network

I'm writing this with a broken heart due to the unprofessional approach of urban lifestyle because on Friday when I called mtn they said all the urban lifestyle rewards customers numbers are suspended but they are working hard to get everyone back online but until today nothing has been done and when I call urban lifestyle whenever I'm first on the line the number gets disconnected
