Struggling to get my money back . No device and NO money as yet.

Just an update : So on the 1st of August I canceled because I have been paying and paying and not receiving my device. I called on the 15th of August to hear when my money would be in my account . They said that finance department closed at 4 o'clock. Today on the 16th August I called once again to talk to the finance department, guess what the finance department is closed today. What pathetic company. I am sooooo frustrated with this people. They owe me R1866 and struggling to get my money back . In these modern times I can't believe that a company like Urban lifestyle rewards is so pathetic with service. I won't even recommend a one star . I'm truly so disgusted.
