Officially my second complaint now, I got an SMS shortly after my last complaint that the phone I was offered was on back order and that I would receive it in 5 working days that was in about 23 February and look where we at again!! Quick to take my money but no phone ! I have emailed ombudsman and NCR now I'm fed up ! Just pay back my money *****s!!
