MTN *******!
*******! Called me and offered me a cellphone contract however never received a phone or an email confirming anything. My banking details were taken.
The debit order of R699 was taken out but received no service.
@MTN Is this how you serve customers?

29 Aug 2023, 07:42They called me took my bank details to refund my money and ghosted me again. No money refunded. My company where I work for has business with MTN definitely not reputable. I want my money back
