Money taken for canceled services

There are people called mtn urban lifestyle, they just debited my R400 for a R149 sim card that i called enguired and canceled immediately after understanding how they operate. We agreed that they wont debit but cancel their contract as i wont need their services. Now i cant even reverse my money. I feel ****med im not happy.
