I want my money back

I have made a number of attempts to call customer service line with no luck I am places on hold until the call disconnect.

I spoke to Joshua and I informed them that I am no longer interested and I want to cancel the service and a full refund. The agent refund for me to speak to a manager and I was told that I will have up to days to cancel.money back

May I please be assisted to cancel and get all my money back
