Highly not satisfied with the customer service provided by Urban lifestyle.

They called me with an offer , no delivery of the package but they debit every month and the worst thing is that they do not communicate with me to state their case on what hindering them to not deliver the package. I am the one who is busy calling to find out what is the issue.
