Frustrated customer..

I have never came across such a pathetic company as Mtn Urban Lifestyle. They called me on the 20/12/2023 and offered me a cell phone deal and was advised will receive my phone within 7 to 10 days, till today I am waiting for the delivery. And can you image I have been debited 2 times already a R699 and R399 for a contract phone that I have never received till to date. Yoh calling their customer service: what a joke holding on the line for 15min and be told that the phone that you must be receiving it's not in stock and they don't even know when they will have the stock, and politely being told as you still have not received the phone you, mean me I will be debited for the phone and sim that I have not even received.. I am so angry, frustrated don't even know what to say or do anymore as I will keep being debited for something that I have not received nor ever use.. Companies like this need to be blacklisted and closed down as they lie to their customers and they don't deliver what they promise..
