Disgusting !!!

I qualified for a contract over a month ago , phone was to be delivered by 22 January, I get a sms saying phone is on back order and this was a month later, no call no email nothing , R699 was taken from my account for such disgusting service !!! I want my money refunded today , you quick to take money but don't deliver !! Please anyone who was thinking of taking a contract with them, Please don't , they ddnt even offer an alternative!!! Give my money back and I will have my faith restored in you, next step if I don't get my money today is the Ombudsman , they love cases like this !!!!!
