DISGUSTED

I have never experienced such unprofessional service!!!!!!!!!! I took out a contract April. End of April they deducted R699 and there after R369 per month. As to date I received: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I must use my own money to call them because communication from their side is non existing!!!!! Just to hear the same old excuses that: It's on back order!!!! They can not give me another device because it's in a lower price range and it's not allowed. I am so tired of their excuses and the best of all is my bank can't stop the debit order because it's a debit check they Urban Lifestyle need to cancel it from their side. So where does it leave us ? Loosing money montly on a device that never comes? MTN you must withdraw from the company, it's giving you a very bad name as a cellular company to be associated with them. DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!
