BAD SERVICE URBAN LIFESTYLE REWARDS

Very unhappy about service they took all my details for a cell phone contract deducted R699 from my account after waiting 15days after deduction to find out that the contract was cancelled as I didn't qualify after they took the money from my account and that it would be refunded at the end of the new month yet after calling them 40 days later no refund was made because of an error on their side
