BAD AND UNPROFESIONAL SERVICE, THEY ARE ****S

Good day I have been having endless problems with this specific company since day one, they called me to open a contract and i qualified i received my cell phone after x2 month installments then the sim was activated 3 weeks later realizing that urban lifestyle rewards has given me someone else's number of which i received endless calls and SMS's up until late at night 12am 1am, their only response to that is i must try and block the numbers and that is how they distribute the contact numbers i then had endless arguments with these people and they are so unprofessional drop the calls, put me on hold with out notifying me making as if they cannot hear me with a response of 'hallo hallo" the whole entire time it really becomes so frustrating, when i ask to speak to someone higher that person is constantly busy and cannot come to the phone, the latest that I'm experiencing is that i receive my data on the 22nd of each month which i was not aware of thinking i receive my data at the 1st of each month, i called them to enquire what is going on because i cannot go onto my MTN sim card wanting to check the balance it keeps giving me an error mgs, theses people KEENAN firstly the guy I'm dealing with since day one keep on telling me his escalating the matter, i constantly need to contact them to hear what happening he Keenan feedback is switch the phone off take the sim card out for 2min and back in again, and there is one agent that is so unprofessional ASANDA MAPUMOLO she brushes me off with her I don't care attitude puts me on hold with out any warning, how is it that this specific company get away with this kinder of behavior its ********* and unprofessional and no loyalty toward a customer, its ok to deduct monies from the customer account but they cannot afford the customer the peace of mind to be enjoy their product these ae the names that are so unprofessional LENNON NAIDO CHARLENE CHETTY ASANDA MAPUMOLO AND KEENAN
