I was initially hesitant to work with Urban Lifestyle Rewards due to past reviews, but I decided to give them a chance, and I’m glad I did. I took a sim card deal, paid an upfront fee for delivery and shortly after, I had my sim card with data and minutes. My experience was completely different from what I expected! The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about my needs. At first I was harassing customer services as I was unaware about their delivery process but they addressed all my concerns promptly and ensured that I was satisfied with their service. It’s clear they are making a real effort to improve, and I truly appreciate that.
