Its been 4 months that I am waiting for my R699 to be refunded in my account as they failed to deliver the phone they said i Qualify for. I've phoned a number of times and their consultants especially NOMBULELO lies to me and also refuses to transfer me to finacial department or her manager.. She ends up hanging up the phone everytime i call. I was prromised my money willl be refunded in July, its the 17th of August today, nothing has reflected on my account. This company is a ****. I hope my R699 makes you guys sleep in peace!!!
