Money Theft

Walter Potgieter***ner of Urban Irrigation) requested and was paid R70,000.00 as a deposit to drill and set up a borehole and reticulated water system. He banked the deposit on 10th November 2016 and was very confident that he would find water. He drilled a 80 metre dry hole at a cost of R41,000.00. After a number of phone calls he refunded R20,000.00 on 6th February 2017. He no longer answers his phone and still owes me R9,000.00. When I asked him what he had done with the money he had the audacity to tell me that he had used it for staff Christmas bonuses! I have not been refunded a year later. Do not entrust your money to this man.
