THE MOST OUTSTANDING 24HR PHARMACY IN PLUMSTEAD

We've always uses pharmacy's in Plumstead and Southfield, but wow, This Urban Health Pharmacy which is a few feet away from where I live, could not be any better. ABSOLUTELY 100% AWESOME. The Pharmacist behind the counter Estelle Flagg, what a wonderful, kind and compassionate Lady. I will never forget the first time I walked in, whether it was to explain what I had been experiencing as a Woman hitting her Perimenapause phase and my medical crisis, just to hear someone have so much compassion when dealing with me, I have never experienced that, she listened, she understood, she made me feel like everything was going to be better and she turned my whole day around. I am now living a better healthy life, thanks to her. I do not need to go to any other pharmacy, they are definitely the BEST. They are located in Gabriel road, where the old Nedbank used to be, have so much parking space, out of the normal hustle and bustle , the pharmacy itself is immaculately clean and spacious and you don't have to get a ticket and sit and wait for hours to be helped or assisted. Even the rest of the staff in the pharmacy are always, polite, friendly and helpful. The best part about everything is they are a 24hour pharmacy, so no need to rush to get your medication and it's awesome to know if we have any kinds of medical emergencies, they are right around the corner. Today was the Cherry on my favorite ice cream with them, my daughter got sick with the terrible flu making its rounds, I quickly picked up the phone, messaged Estelle, she said, I explained what My daughter had and a few minutes later when I got to the pharmacy, she had everything packed ready for me to just Pick up, with such a caring and empathetic tone, she explained how each medication should be taken, even prescribed something new, which works like a bomb....and thanks again to that Great experience, my daughter is on the mend to recovery. Well Done Urban Health Pharmacy. May you keep growing from strength to strength, Prosper like Crazy and keep having more and more customers. The World definitely needs more Estelle Flaggs.
