Urban Grind... poor service

This new Urban Grind coffee shop at 5 ways, Empangeni has such terrible service... The women that work there have such horrible attitudes... We ordered delicious hot chocolate that others were having and what we got were white watered down milky something... we were told the hot chocolate was finished and this was a new brand. It was so milky and diluted not appealling at all. After expressing ourselves a nice lady named Kim took away the white sludge and told us we could get anything to replace it on the house... Even though i paid already, i celt assured i would get a redund dor the two drink i returned. When Kim left... we were told we weren't getting refunds for the two hot chocolates we didnt drink... in fact they couldn't even understand what we were saying.

The complementary biscuits were finished so only a few got some while others didnt... we were given sugar bowls that were almost empty and were treated with such hostility when we asked the staff for something. It is ridiculous that this Urban grind (supposedly a international franchise) would employ such *********** and rude people... I know, we will never visit go back to such an unprofessional place.
