Repeat Customer, Zero Delivery, Endless Excuses

I ordered an interactive screen from Urban Focus, having previously ordered two similar screens which were delivered successfully. Based on those previous experiences, I had every reason to expect that this order would be handled with the same level of reliability.

Unfortunately, that has not been the case.

Despite the order being placed and numerous follow-ups, the screen has still not been delivered. What should have been a straightforward repeat purchase has turned into an incredibly frustrating exercise of chasing updates and trying to establish when — or indeed whether — the product will actually arrive.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that I was a returning customer precisely because my previous orders had gone well. Repeat business is earned through reliability, and it is extremely frustrating to place another order in good faith only to be left without the product and without satisfactory resolution.

At this point, I am not looking for excuses or vague assurances. I simply expect Urban Focus to fulfil the order and provide clear, accurate communication regarding delivery.

Based on my experience with this order, I cannot currently recommend Urban Focus. I will update this review if and when the matter is properly resolved.
