Urban Fabrics - Fabric wholesaler - poor service

As a decorator, I have been purchasing the same curtain fabric (design and colour) from Urban Fabrics wholesale supplier for several projects over the past few years. When I ordered the same fabric about 5 months ago, a totally different colour was delivered to the cmt workshop that manufactures my curtains for clients. Unfortunately I did not inspect the delivered fabric before they manufactured as I believed that the same was delivered that I always ordered. When I collected the finished curtains, I was shocked at what I found and my correspondence with Vera, the owner of Urban Fabrics, started. From the start I was treated with so much disrespect and rudeness. I could not believe that a business owner can behave so unprofessionaly, putting the phone down in my ear. As she could not supply the same fabric I always ordered, I had to purchase elsewhere to finish this job in time. I returned the incorrect fabric to Urban Fabrics in Paarden Eiland and send an invoice to them to refund me. It has now been 4 months and numerous emails and whatsapp messages unanswered. I will definately not buy fabric from them again. Shocking service.
