Bad service

Very dissatisfied with the establishment. It's a slow service. I was taken aback to learn that once you place an order, it cannot be changed, even if you haven't consumed what you ordered. For instance, I requested an appletiser, but the waitress brought it 15 minutes later and by then, I thought let me just order once and be done. I immediately asked for a ****tail (which cost more) and I asked her to return the appletiser. I was informed that since they cannot overwrite, I will still need to take the appletiser. I've never had of such and I definitely won't be going back.
