BEWARE: Contractor named James Kymdell is a *****! He does residential renovation work in Paarl and Franschhoek, as well as some commercial projects. HE IS NOT REGISTERED AND HAD HIS REGISTRATION SUSPENDED DUE TO FAULTY WORK AND ****S.

We hired him as our contractor for our residential renovation and PAID HIM for a certified plumber and certified electrician.

We were unaware that he NEVER hired a certified plumber and certified electrician until we asked for the plumbing certificate and the Certificate of Compliance (COC) which he dissappeared in supplying because HE'S THE ONE WHO DID ALL OF THE PLUMBING (WHICH IS FAULTY)!!

We had to pay again, out-of-pocket, for a certified electrician to come in and complete the electrical works, as well as a plumber to fix his faulty **** of a job.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION WORK --- HE'S A *****!
